crashes too often

Works great for YT, PH, among other sites.
Note: users who are still using 32-bit Windows and who want to use the "native app", you will need to replace ffmpeg.exe and ffprobe.exe with 32-bit versions (google for download sites)

Once it used to be a great app. Now it's kinda crap. Uninstalling or resetting it helps only for a while. The moment I enter a site with loads of vids the app inflates RAM to 20GBs and more.
Devs, revert it to the state when it was faultless!

This app crashes firefox, have reverted back to a past version, have now installed latest version, won't detect videos while playing, still crashes firefox, used this for years with no problems, how can this be fixed?

There is no way I could give Ant video downloader less than a 5 star. Having used many downloaders I find this one to be the best at this time.

Used to work. Then started keeping all history and slowing down the whole browser.
That got fixed but now I get a "encryption key mismatch" error message on everything....
Wish I could just find the old version that worked.

Unfortunately, once the best program for downloading videos has slipped into complete shit. The program does nothing but consume almost 100% RAM and freeze the browser (Firefox) and computer. Do not install

I use the AddOn since a long time.

Version 4.13 of the addon is working again, where version 4.12 was buggy and unusable !
Version 4.9 was the best up to now. I have made a reset to 4.9 for my computer, sorry ;-)

Please add four features to your addon 4.14:

1. show the number of still working downloads.

2. please enhance the clearness in the window "all-video-downloads".

3. Please process changes of the settings immediately and not only reentering the settings-window (uncommon)

4. please add a checksum (i.e.MD5-checksum) in the download-info, that we can check it after the download of the native client and anytime later.

Generally it does the job , but i wonder why it never detects Facebook videos.

Hello, this add-on works perfectly, except that I want to download videos from a streaming platform, but every time I download a video it is downloaded in its lowest quality (for example if I select 720p, the downloaded one will be at 480p). How do I fix that? (sorry for mistakes, english is not my first language)
