Work Shield helps you stay in control of your attention when you need to focus. Turn the shield on and any site on your list is blocked, so detours don’t break your flow. You can add a site by typing its address or capture the one you are on with a single click. A built-in timer keeps the session active for as long as you choose and automatically turns the shield off when time is up. While a session is running, the extension also hushes popups and pauses media on open pages to reduce ambient noise. Everything happens locally in your browser. There is no account to create, no tracking, and no data sent anywhere.
