Make external YouTube shorts regular videos

This extension enables redirects from YouTube /shorts/<id> links to /watch?v=<id> links for external YouTube shorts.

Why?

• You have shorts blocked by another extension (e.g. by "YouTube Unhook").
• You still want to be able to watch shorts opened externally (the link which someone has sent to you).

This extension makes this easy.
