por kloassie, hace 2 añosyeah it works, but why does it hide certain videos from the all subscription feed?? How many videos did I miss bc of this strange behaviour?? only hide when I click a certain group. Then you can show all (new) vids from the channels in the group and hide the rest. But when I go to youtube / feed / subscriptions and don't click any group or whatever then I wanna see ALL new videos, don't hide a.n.y.t.h.i.n.g.!!!

Also, and these are less important issues that I previously posted, why is the 'adding channels to a group'-process restricted to a small paged popup window? Do you really think I started watching youtube just yesterday? that I started subscribing to channels just a moment ago? I've been watching youtube vids since YT's first creation and am subscribed to hundreds of channels. You want me to sort through that in a miniscule frame? gimme a browserwindow-large sorting window with infinite scroll at least so I can have a good overview. It's bad enough already that I can only see each channel's icon+name/handle (which most times isn't very informative about the channel's content), but at least give me a c.l.e.a.r . w.i.d.e . o.p.e.n overview to ease my sorting
And another suggestion, in this 'select channels to add to group' window, label each channel with tags to which groups they're added to already. eg when I add a channel to the group 'tutorial' and am then later in the selection window for adding channels to 'art' then show a 'tutorial' tag behind the channels that I added to the tutorial group earlier. That way I can have a bit more info on the channel than only it's icon+name already! Plus then I have a direct view on which channels are yet not grouped in any of my groups

publicado el hace 2 añosThank you for sharing, however, you should use the special fullscreen dashboard to manage groups, watch the part of the tutorial: https://youtu.be/r4iX53Qg2sE?si=ZZtRtyJjfV8voZdw&t=46 I'm not going to make more complicated channel or video page with the large popup there, because it makes UI more complicated for more users. If you want to show the channel without a group you should use the filter there https://youtu.be/r4iX53Qg2sE?si=5gNnLPrY0-lfWFut&t=136
PocketTube already has an auto tags feature, it's available for our patrons. Watch the part of the video https://youtu.be/Gu9Tqtlug5U?si=4OfhifndE773Er94&t=65

publicado el hace 2 mesesWhat extension version are you using? Is there some specific browser settings, because it's not reproducible on the default Firefox. - Se valoró con 1 de 5por 晨火, hace 2 meses

I recommend this add-on to my Friends and Family they have only good things to say about this add-on. The only thing on my wish list for this add-on would be to be able to move it further up the side bar. Currently it sits at the bottom of the side bar and I have to scroll down to reach it witch is manageable but I would prefer if it wear always within clicking reach to save effort.
-Currently Working grate on Firefox 145.0 (64-bit). Win10 Pro. Version 22H2.Respuesta del desarrollador
publicado el hace 2 mesesThanks, glad to hear it! Yes, you can move our block to the top by clicking on the arrow under the block. Please check the part of the video tutorial: https://youtu.be/r4iX53Qg2sE?si=gJUMx9q_-Wag-R6R&t=226 - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Kerry Fisher, hace 2 meses

publicado el hace 2 mesesThere are no issues on the extension side. I suspect you have a conflict with other extensions. Try to disable it. Usually, it happens when you use some type of adblockers, YouTube doesn't like it and hides parts of the UI. - Se valoró con 2 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 16885962, hace 2 mesesI wanted to use this app mainly for the status feature. But you don't find out it's a paid only option until you start using it. It should clearly be stated which options are available without a subscription.
Edit in response to the developer:
I have read through the entirety of the application's description, and the description for the Patreon link states following:
"Become a Patreon to help support the continued development of this plugin if you enjoy it! It takes time to update the extension every time".
Nothing there states that the extension would be paid, but instead to consider supporting you in your development process. I shouldn't have to access another link just to find out this information. I think it would be beneficial if you would re-read your own description, and avoid auto-responses on reviews that are not to your liking.Respuesta del desarrollador
publicado el hace 2 mesesThe basic groups for organizing subscriptions are free. If you want extended features, you should become a patron. It takes time to update the extension every time YouTube changes internally. The link to Patreon https://www.patreon.com/join/ysub is clearly available in the description. You should open it to see the list of features. We have no way to force you to read it if you installed it before opening Patreon link.
Furthermore, the decision to keep some features for the Patreon version of PocketTube was made to ensure the long-term feasibility of the free version. - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 14417279, hace 2 mesesBest extension with unique resources

I even wish that the Deck could open automatically when I open Youtube. Since I disabled the home screen with Unhook, I have to click on the Deck every time. Could this be implemented in the future?

Question for developers: looks like there is a new feature on youtube called collaborations. Videos where this is used are not being filtered by PocketTube. Is there a plan to implement filtering of this kind of videos? thxRespuesta del desarrollador
publicado el hace 3 mesesThanks, yes, it's are new update. We're going to hide the collaboration video when any filters by group are enabled, because currently, there is no way to filter collaboration videos on the page. The hiding will be available in the next update around next week.
UPD: 17.8.7 is available, where we added filters for collaboration! - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 18861090, hace 4 meses
