I loved Adware Plus until yesterday. Received an update and my email would not allow me to write or respond to emails. Very sad to see this happen.

Seit der Umstellung finde ich mich nicht mehr zurecht. Wo ist mein gewohntes Menü hingekommen? Wo finde ich die blockierbaren Elemente?! Wenn ich in Zukunft alles von Hand zu Fuß in diese olle Liste eintragen muss, such ich mir was bessers! Das ist kein Verbesserung, das ist ein Schritt zurück!!!

With the version 3 the add-on became as useless as it is on Chrome. Previous, version 2.9, was a great add-on. The new one - terrible, since it decreased its capabilities and new UI is harder to use.

Nie polecam adblocka, używałem go od zawsze aż do dziś. Adblock został sprzedany a co za tym idzie zepsuty teraz Adblock przepuszcza reklamy a na dodatek zauważyłem że psuje układ stron a nawet ostatnio przez niego nie mogłem otwierać obrazków w google. No recommend !

Latest release is awful. You can't no longer see and edit the filters that are affecting the current page.

Это не Adblock, это просто АД! Сначала вообще не могла понять, что случилось с браузером. Вернулась пока к предыдущей версии(https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/downloads/file/660890/adblock_plus-2.9.1-an+fx+sm+tb.xpi), заблокировала обновления. Спасибо разработчикам за все версии, которые были до 3.0, очень нравилось это дополнение, но последний вариант - просто диверсия какая-то :(

very good extention

Like everyone else, I despise this update like I've never despised before!
Although very 'trendy' to look at, it clearly has freaking issues:
- each time I disable and/or enable it on a site, which I do quite often, Firefox freezes between 15 and 20 seconds which is becoming very tiresome;
- I clearly miss the 'Disable everywhere' option that was very handy. Now, I need to make sure that I don't forget to reenable the damn thing when I'm on the page concerned which, considering what I've written above, is starting to clearly get on my nerves.

So ! Am I going to downgrade or change for a new ad blocker altogether?? It's in your hand, Mr Palant...

My rating would be 5 stars+ but with this new update, it was a real inconvenience. I needed to completely disable adblock, I went through all the setting I could find but no disable or block on this specific page. I downgraded but man did that throw me for a loop when I'm used to clicking the icon, clicking disable boom! it's done. I can't figure out how to disable it on the update version, kinda odd that they made it (personally)harder to use than the old versions.

Without the flexibility of Element Hiding Helper, this extension is DEAD TO ME. The functionality that tries to replace EHH in the latest AdBlockPlus is apparently no longer based on Aardvark, lacks the utility of the earlier versions that were, and is utterly UNUSABLE... even after I figured out that some old syntax was no longer recognized and caused ALL the custom filters to be ignored until I removed the offending rules, which had to be done in a separate text editor because the error dialog made LINE references that were not duplicated in the built-in textarea editor.

The world is soon to gain another Luddite, because I won't want to set foot in the Corporate Web without sufficient tools to combat it. Adblock Plus alone is a toy for idiots that, much like the Corporate Web itself, leaves all the crucial decisions in the hands of someone other than me.

Disappointed with this version. Block element button does not work at all, and also the hidden element helping.
I have been using ABP for almost 10 years but this is the worst experience ever
