I used to love this extension. LOVED it. It was reliable and helpful. I was having trouble after they changed websites until I decided to delete and reinstall the extension and my problems seemed to have been solved. However, with a few videos, I have had it happen that while the green bar on the site reaches 100%, the download never actually starts. I was able to solve this problem by choosing a different resolution. Not ideal, but it worked. Now, worse yet, I am having videos that download with no sound. Two files download when this happens, an HTML file, which downloads instantly (this file is an HTLM download of the pbion.com Vimeo site) and a video file, though, as mentioned, the video file has no audio. These files also take forever to download and have crashed my computer numerous times now 😔. I am hopeful that this problem will be fixed soon. It actually hurts to give just a one-star rating bc of how reliable this extension was in the past. Please developers, I know you can get things running perfectly like before 🙏
While I still have access to these videos (the ones I'm attempting to download using this extension), I am willing to help the developers solve the issue if they need me to provide them with the links and information to see exactly what I'm talking about.
