This Add-on does one thing, and that's it sets a dir="rtl" attribute on the root <html/> tag of the page.
When using the "Translate this page" feature, if the target language is an RTL language, the translated text still does not sit correctly in the page, but in most cases just by adding this attribute the text will be fixed.
