Used to do what's on the tin, recently has started to prevent playback. The addon hasn't received updates in over a year, so I imagine that's what broke it.

Just added this extension today to Firefox on Mac running on High Sierra, turned on a Youtube playlist I created which was filled with ads at the start of every video, and not one ad appears now, it's almost too good to be true

Work very well to remove youtube ads

Works really well. YouTube was full of ads and unwatchable before this extension. Now I can watch ads free with this extension. I can't support directly by financial means, but I am sharing this extension to others.

Fake add-on

it doesn't work, once installed i get an error message from youtube on any video i try to watch. once uninstalled youtube started working again

Ads still leaking through until I checked 'Complementary Method' in options. Works well when I do this but setting will not save. This setting needs to be reset every time I restart Firefox.
