The issues you are encountering are due to changes to the DeviantArt site. Unfortunately, these changes are only available to Beta Testers, and only members with paid subscriptions can access the Beta program. I have released version 5.0.2 which should fix the issue, but, if not, you would need to opt out of the Beta program.
