Ghost Clean gives you a live dashboard showing exactly what's stored in your browser before you clean it. See your history count, cookie count, and download count — then clear everything at once or item by item.

With one click on Clean All, Ghost Clean wipes:
  • History — removes all traces of visited websites
  • Cookies — deletes all cookies stored by sites
  • Cache — clears cached files to free up space
  • Downloads — removes the download history list
  • Passwords — clears all saved login credentials
  • Local Storage & IndexedDB — removes all data stored by websites

After cleaning, all tabs are automatically closed and a fresh window opens so nothing is left behind.

New in v1.2:
- Live dashboard — see counts before you clean
- Hover any item to clear just that one
- Guided instructions to view cache, storage and passwords directly in Firefox

This extension requires the following permissions:
  • browsingData - to clear history, cookies, cache, downloads, passwords and local storage
  • tabs - to close all tabs and open a fresh window after cleaning
  • history - to read and display history count in the dashboard
  • cookies + <all_urls> -to read and display cookie count across all sites
  • downloads - to read and display download count in the dashboard
  • sessions - to handle tab session management after cleaning

No data is sent to any third party. No user data is stored or tracked.
