- Refactor how videos are observed, no longer observe the whole page, instead break it down into specific locations on the site
- Add background script so action can be taken immediately when settings are changed in the popup (e.g. enable a location that was previously disabled that has a member's only video on it will instantly clear it instead of requiring a full page refresh)
- Add tabs to popup (stats/settings/about)
- Add links to source code, issues, and license
- Add a toggle for whether statistics should be tracked & shown

- Add settings with configurable options for
  - What locations on the site should hide member's only videos
  - Channel names to exclude from hiding
  - Enabling / disabling debug logging
- Allow statistics to be cleared, either all location stats, all channel stats, or both
