This plugin has been riddled with problems the whole time I've been using it. From lock timeouts that don't work to unresponsive help tickets. The latest issue I am waiting on a response for is an issue where the plugin logs me out as soon as the browser loses focus. Meaning I have to use my master password to log in over and over in order to use the plugin. It's easier to use the really slow stand alone app than to do that making the plugin useless now.
