It looks like that website uses two types of URLs for searching:

Searching for text: https://www.isthiscredible.com/?s=%s
Searching for a website: https://www.isthiscredible.com/?url=%s

This addon only supports one search URL for all searches so unfortunately you would only be able to use one of the above, but if you paste a URL then it will be opened directly.
