    Firefox extension has no support for mobile.

    This is a major issue for anyone looking to maintain their privacy on-the-go.

    If I were to use a VPN app that connects me to my home server, I wouldn't have the option of using the native Proton VPN client as well.

    The lack of mobile support for this extension is a serious issue.

    It works, but it's completely useless. For whatever reason it always selects the Netherlands, which is extremely slow here.
    Being able to pre-select the country is a must, I think.

    The default auto-connect option will connect you to the fastest available server for you. This leads to better load balancing and higher speed, which is a priority for free users. That said, if you wish to connect to a specific server of your choice, you may consider upgrading your plan.     Idіоts complaining that the service whose infrastructure costs millions of dollars isn't offered for free. Have you intellectual amoebas heard about saying "If something's free, you are the product" ? Is 10€/$ a month such a burden?

    love proton but this is for paid only. It chooses fastest for you or you have to pay. It wouldn't even load or accept it for me to even try.

    My free fastest is in Netherlands and I'm in USA.

    So I guess I have to pay or it needs updated?

That said, you still have the option to switch to another randomly allocated server by disconnecting and reconnecting again, or you can upgrade your plan to connect to a specific server of your choice.

    Sono un cliente pagante. Installato e fatto funzionare su varie macchine sempre come add on di Firefox senza alcun problema. L'unica cosa che succede di tanto in tanto e' che gli IP che usa sono stati messi in black list precedentemente, e quindi devi collegarti su altro Paese e riaccedere al sito.

    paying customer here. I constantly have to re-sign in again and again, this happens every few days. no other extensions active.
    the worst is that sometimes I don't realize i'm not connected. other times i have to restart the browser to let me connect to the internet.
    used a competitor before, for a year, none of these problems.

    It worked...once. One time. Since then it has done nothing but block all connections in Firefox, while other browsers work flawlessly with the same sites at the same time.

    Disconnecting and reconnecting accomplishes nothing. I can't use this.

Не рекомендую використовувати будь яку програму\розширення, бо я сумніваюся, що лише спамом вони обходяться.

    This is simply false. All Proton apps are open source and have been independently audited and verified by third-party experts. Anyone can see and verify that our apps do what we claim. With that in mind, Proton is completely trustworthy and has nothing to do with any of the issues you've mentioned.
