    • Rate-limit tier picker (rpm:N) — type rpm:200, rpm:400, rpm:700, or rpm:2500 to match your Zendesk plan; prevents 429 errors during cache builds on Suite Team and lower tiers.
    • Active-only search by default — prefix searches (trigger:, macro:, view:, …) now return active records only; press Alt+I to include inactive ones alongside.
    • Smarter stale detection — the cache now tracks id+name signatures (not just record count), so renames and equal-count churn correctly trigger a rebuild. Tune the freshness window with stale:N days.
    • Settings entry point — a cogwheel in the spotlight footer (or Ctrl/Cmd+,) opens a Settings popover listing current rpm: and stale: tiers without memorising prefix syntax.

    • Alt+K spotlight overlay — works on any *.zendesk.com page, including inside admin Settings iframes (where Zendesk's native Cmd+K silently breaks). Toggle with Alt+K, close with Esc or backdrop click.
    • Hardcoded admin-page index — bundled JSON of all major Admin Center pages (Tickets, Channels, People, Workspaces, Apps & Integrations, Account, Objects & Rules, etc.). Tenant-relative URLs work on any tenant.
    • Object search — type a prefix and a colon (trigger:, macro:, view:, …) followed by a name or id. Supports 12 object types: triggers, automations, macros, views, groups, SLA policies, ticket forms, ticket fields, user fields, organization fields, custom roles, dynamic content.
    • Per-tenant IndexedDB caches — built on explicit user click, scoped to the tenant's hostname, throttled to 30% of the API rate budget. "Build all search caches" sweeps every cache in one pass.
    • Tab autocomplete on prefixes (tr → Tab → trigger:).
    • Auto light/dark theme — overlay matches the page's effective background.
    • Cross-browser — verified on Chromium and Firefox.
