Fixes Tiermaker's annoying default layout by putting the tierlist and the untiered items side-by-side instead of one above the other, and you can scroll through them independently.
Tierlist-to-untiered ratio may be subject to change, let me know what the ideal ratio should be. I would make it adjustable, but I don't know how to do that.
