Works fine, unlike other addons - Firefox version ESR 115.17 x64. While on Quora site, you may want to enter the addon's options and choose "Always Allow"; this will finalize the addon's functionality.

It works!

For too long I've tried other extensions, but this one is my favorite, shame on quora that doesn't provide built-in settings for this.
