I had been very happy with this extension for several weeks, with just setting the nearest town. Up until today, when I was requested to disclose my real location (to enable location setting). In their privacy policy they tell you that it will be shared with four other sites, not all of the best reputation. So I uninstalled.

Hey Elfriede,

Sorry, you are not happy with the extension. I wish there was something I can do but location data is needed to retrieve weather information. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
