Here's the thing: It does block ads, however, if my understanding is correct, if you let the site through, the site auto references to an "OK" list that does not revert back to the block setting next time you access the site. OK some might say I want that, others who may be searching or an occasional visitor, will NOT want that. The list is hard to access and difficult to process.

Bottom line for me this is this blocks all ads ONCE, after that you have to take the time to work it.

Pop up adds were driving me nuts. I can understand some but it has gotten two frequent so I downloaded this at the suggestion of a friend. Easy to install on my mac and works in the background.

Only after using Adblocker have I realized how much of my life was wasted closing pop ups for ads and closing advertising banners on most sites all of which made surfing the web an anxiety heavy experience with the occasional frustration. Now I am enjoying browsing and surfing like when I was a youngster :)
