New Features:

Account search/filter: Added a filter input above the account list. Type to instantly filter accounts by name, service, or domain. Includes a clear (X) button to reset the filter.
Tab mode grid layout: When opened in a new tab, accounts are displayed in a responsive grid (up to 4 per row, 350px each, 10px gap) instead of a single column.
Domain input sanitization: Protocol prefixes (http://, https://) and trailing slashes are now automatically stripped from the domain field when saving an account.

UI Improvements:

Tab mode layout: Header, search bar, and forms are centered (350px) while the account grid spans the full width (max 1430px).
Info modal positioning: In tab mode, the About modal is now centered horizontally and positioned 45px from the top. The account list is hidden while the modal is open.
Modal transitions: All modals (add account, import, about) now animate with a 0.5s opacity fade on open/close.
