It works on my device and blocks almost every ads.
However, this add-ons works better on Chrome & Chromium, including Microsoft Edge Chromium. On Firefox, my webpages load so slowly.

An essential for the upmost secure and private browsing experience. Just make sure to periodically go in the settings, use the "back up to file" function and store that file in a cloud, such as Google Drive or preferably a privacy-respecting provider (Proton Drive or Sync).
