Perfect if you want to have full control over your browser's queries, no data send to external servers.
Requires customization for most sites, worth it if you are already used to NoScript (I use this one now instead, allowing, by default, only 1st party content without scripts, which I enable manually). Once set up for your main sites not much of a hassle. Sometimes requires some experimenting to find out which content is actually required. Creates awareness.
