FANTASTIC ADD ON !!!!! It really disables those annoying adds from youtube. This add on is a MUST FOR EVERY ONE.

(AdBlocker for YouTube™ Video) by Emmy does eliminate advertising while watching you tube videos. However, this extension is horrible since it also completely blocks the main comment bar when attempting to reply and leave a general comment on ANY you tube video. I wasted 3 hrs trying to trouble shoot this for FireFox Quantum Browser V. 61.Beta 10 (64 bit). Be warned! This extension will not allow you to comment on any you tube video with FIREFOX browser!

I guess I'm not the first to leave a low review for this extension based on the fact that new comments cannot be made, as you already know you can only reply to comments already made.. That Sucks for mouthy ppl.. It works as suggested otherwise YAY! too bad you can't get the rest of it figured out.. Ill be checking back but till then I'm Off to find something that works for ALL my AD blocking needs that doesn't try to Shut me up!! thanks anyway :)

fantastic blocker, i love it

works at removing ads, but comes with consequential bugs, such as removing the ability to create new comments. Hopefully this gets fixed because otherwise it is a great addon.

Not only it removes user names and time stamps from comments but also even the comment box gets disappears from youtube page.. You can only reply to the comments already there but cannt start a new comment by yourself.. plz correct on urgent basis ..thanx

This add-on called [AdBlocker for YouTube Video] has malfunctions. For example, when I search in YouTube, there is no reaction. When I invalidate [AdBlocker for YouTube Video], YouTube can research normally.

Incidentally, this add-on is displayed as [AdBlocker for YouTube Video] in Mozilla's site (https://addons.mozilla.org/). But, After you installed it, this add-on is displayed as [YouTube AdBlock] in your Firefox. It is very confusing.

Removes user names and time stamps from comments. Though it does a great job of doing what its supposed to do, if you dont want to read or reply to comments then this app will be great for you, otherwise you will be lost as to who said what and when!

After the latest changes in FF, the AdBlocker causes loss of the whole upper panel in YT, including navigation tabs. After switching off the addition, the effect is gone (and the adds go back, of course).
