- Noté 4 sur 5par Jezze, il y a 8 ansReally useful and does what it's supposed to do. But it would be great if we could edit 404 bookmarks directly. Because sometimes only the part after the domain is outdated. (e.g. home.php has change to index.php).
- Noté 4 sur 5par cracksys, il y a 8 ansDo exactly what it supposed to do with no hassle.
My only nitpick is that there should be another button to untick all after you have clicked 'Select All' button. - Noté 5 sur 5par scottsan, il y a 8 ansThis bookmark add-on was exactly what I was looking for...thanks! An additional feature for a whitelist for bookmarks to be excluded from future scans would be appreciated.
- Noté 4 sur 5par Pierre-Adrien Buisson, il y a 8 ansThanks for this addon. It's really useful and saved me a lot of time. Maybe there's room to improve the way broken bookmarks are displayed (grouping them by state, better UI?), maybe there are potential complementary features that could be added (suggestion to update the bookmarks if a redirection is detected?)... but the addon does it job very well in its current state. Thanks!

- Noté 4 sur 5par tvdinner, il y a 8 ansScans the bookmarks and displays them line by line. Has one block for 404'd links, and a separate block for other errors (403, 522, etc.,).
The checkmark blocks could be bigger by default, but zooming in is a quick fix. - Noté 5 sur 5par Jean-Ricky, il y a 8 ans

- Noté 4 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13573564 de Firefox, il y a 8 ansThank you - this extension helped a lot.
In my experience, it worked as advertised. After running the extension, I spot-checked the URLs to confirm nothing "irreplaceable" had been marked. So far, so good.
I took off one star because the UI is... difficult. An example is that we have a header at the top of a given section but, we must scroll down to the bottom of the section to do something. It'd be better, in this case to have the header & action buttons in-line with each other.
Consider looking at this extension w/UX in mind. Then, it'll be an '11'!
Thanks again. - Noté 5 sur 5par Alex, il y a 8 ans
- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13268649 de Firefox, il y a 8 ansDisappointing. Many of the bookmarks it marked as not working were absolutely fine. Unfortunately, I found out after I'd taken its word for it and deleted about a dozen. It's designed to do just one thing, and it does it badly.

mis en ligne : il y a 8 ansThank you for your review. It would be super useful if you could give me one of the URLs that was wrongly marked as not working. Sorry for your experience. (You can also use https://github.com/evilpie/404-bookmarks/issues to report bugs) - Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13482384 de Firefox, il y a 8 ansI wish there was a "Not Working" option, rather then give this 1-star. It's not like I had a bad experience exactly, it doesn't seem like it's working with Firefox 57, at least for me. When I click, I just get the page that says "List of expired bookmarks Found unexpired bookmarks." but nothing else.

- Noté 2 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13365985 de Firefox, il y a 8 ansHi, don't work for me with FF56.0.2, fix ?
- Noté 4 sur 5par LudwigWN, il y a 8 ansGreat extension, very useful.
One gets lots of option to choose from with a right click, eg open link, inspect element. One is not told nor able to find out where it is within all the links. Also sometimes I want to keep the link but change it to be just the base site URL.
So one very useful function to include would be "Properties" so one can view the link and update it. Could be on the right click menu or a "Properties" button like the "Remove" one. - Noté 2 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13362229 de Firefox, il y a 8 ansA remove ALL button would be the BOMB but for now a fizzle...
- Noté 5 sur 5par Michaël Polla, il y a 8 ansI've used it several months now, and I can say it works very well. You get a list of expired bookmarks, with the reason (404, 501,...), and checking or removing a bookmark is just one click away. Before a recent update, if you had a lot of bookmarks it opened too many connections after a while, making some links appear as they were down, while they were actually working. But now I can't find any problem ! So thanks for this great, useful extension :-)
- Noté 4 sur 5par Óscar, il y a 8 ansIt shows so many broken/dead links, I recommend to pass more than once
- Noté 4 sur 5par Galen Thurber, il y a 8 ansIt overwhelmed my bandwidth after around 200 link checks.
It simply opens too many connections.
A throttle / delay control would be nice. - Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13293365 de Firefox, il y a 8 ansI downloaded and installed this add-on, but I there are no instructions on how to use it, so it's kind of useless. If the developer sees this, please tell me what to do! I looked at my bookmarks and there is nowhere to start the program, I tried rt-clicking on it, I even searched the web for "how to use 404 bookmarks" and found nothing. I am frustrated! I really need this thing.

- Noté 3 sur 5par shawnincarlsbad, il y a 8 ansIt appears to function perfectly, but inconveniently. It would be much more convenient to use if the remove link was first on the line next to the link to the website. that way i could hover over the link, see where it points, move slightly left, and click remove rather than try to move my cursor all the way along the text to the opposit side of the window to click remove
