    As of Dec 13, 2024, it is no longer blocking youtube ad at all.

    We're aware that YouTube has been intermittently testing strategies to show either ads or their anti-adblocking wall. However, in some cases we've found that your settings might have changed which is why ads are suddenly appearing.     Randomly opens new tabs advertising ABP premium. IT LITERALLY DOES THE THING IT'S SUPPOSED TO PREVENT. Fuck this garbage extension made by idiots.

    This used to be great but nope I'm done, the random spammy popup tabs pestering me for money are getting out of hand. It happens multiple times per week (same browser, same device), it disrupts my work flow, and is more annoying and intrusive than the ads that it's blocking. Moving to ublock because I'm just not going to support a company that spams their users.

    We are updating the extension, therefore a popup might appear (it will only happen once per browser/device), but you can simply close it and continue browsing.
