- Noté 5 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 14003365 de Firefox, il y a 8 ansBlocks every ad. Probably the BEST ad blocker in the world. I use it everyday. I have had it for a couple months now, and in total, it blocked 236,754 annoying ads that disrupt everyday life. I also have to give credit to uBlock Origin for blocking secret 'hidden' ads that Ad block Plus could not get to, but that only happened once. I owe a day of you tube ads that I run into when I listen to NCS music, and probably a couple hours banging my fist in annoyance to those pointless google ads. I can't even describe how much I owe Adblock Plus.

mis en ligne : il y a 8 ansPlease be advised that no company can simply pay to have their ads shown. Publishers have to meet criteria set by the Acceptable Ads Committee before whitelisting is even considered. Most companies actually pay us nothing at all. Users still have the ability to block these ads by disabling “allow acceptable ads” in options. If you still experience ads with this feature disabled, please send us the URL along with a screenshot of your subscribed filter lists to support@adblockplus.org. We are more than happy to troubleshoot. You can find out more about how Acceptable Ads works here https://acceptableads.com.
Thanks

- Noté 3 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13698161 de Firefox, il y a 8 ansI thought I like the concept of acceptable ad so I switched to ABP for a while. Then I thought I'd uninstall it to check. Guess what I've found. On some web pages (in gsmarena.com) I tested actually has MORE ADs with ABP installed than without!!!

mis en ligne : il y a 8 ansHi!
Thanks for your feedback! That certainly doesn't sound like expected behavior. Can you provide an example URL where you are experiencing ads? Can you also send us a screenshot of your filter lists and custom filters? We will run a few test on our end and get back to you with a resolution. As for Acceptable Ads, please know that you can always disable "allow acceptable ads" in options. If you see ads with this feature disabled they are more than likely NOT Acceptable Ads. Please send details to support@adblockplus.org so we can troubleshoot further.
Thanks
Shannon
