- Noté 2 sur 5par GM, il y a 9 heuresI am really excited about this add-on in concept. The AI takeover of every online service is absolutely disgusting! But when I installed the add-on and ran it, Amazon's page blew up! I keep getting "too many connection attempts" and an otherwise blank page. It also says it is "NOT SECURE" which I find much more concerning. Yes, I am on the newest Firefox. Yes, I have checked my cache. If this gets fixed, I'll update my review. <3
- Noté 3 sur 5par oninoshiko, il y a 2 joursWhile helpful, it causes the main portion of the page to extend off the right side of the screen. This leads to an obnoxious horizontal scrolling.
- Noté 5 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13131053 de Firefox, il y a 2 joursAlexa for shopping on the Amazon website is gone! Just the extension the world needs.
- Noté 3 sur 5par Cris Edmundson, il y a 3 joursAlmost works perfectly for me, I'd be so excited if it was fully working. It removes the AI popup box (thank god) but the rest of the page ends up with a weird layout bug where I can scroll side to side to see all the products even when zoomed all the way out.
I think this might be caused by the way the page layout gets updated to make space for the popup on firefox for some reason. It doesn't show up on chrome. Doesn't appear to be caused by any conflict with my other extensions. - Noté 5 sur 5par Brandon, il y a 4 jours

- Noté 5 sur 5par CROMORIGIN, il y a 3 moisThank you for undermining their incessant desire to use AI to infest every computer system with their "idea" of an ideal online marketplace. Rufus and all the space it wasted on the screen is affront to the senses, and an insult to those with feverish levels of intelligence. I hope this cold, insufferable push to remove what little agency we have left when making our own decisions burns down their market-share to ash.
- Noté 5 sur 5par Whatzet2U, il y a 3 moisWorks great on Firefox for Android! Wish they'd add official support for it so updates would apply automatically. Rufus is so annoying!
- Noté 5 sur 5par User4114, il y a 3 moisEarly days but working great so far. Can't believe a shop would make it worse and harder to actually buy stuff but there you go.
- Noté 1 sur 5par Cris Jolliff, il y a 3 moisDoes not work correctly. The whole screen goes blank on Amazon page when this is used. Maybe an update is needed? IDK

mis en ligne : il y a 2 moisThanks for the report, and sorry this has been an issue! Amazon keeps tweaking their page layouts, which causes these blank-page issues to crop up. I just pushed version 1.1.4 which should fix.
Once you update, do a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R), and if that doesn't work, clear your browser cache. Give it a shot and let me know how it goes! If it's working well, an updated rating would be much appreciated ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Noté 5 sur 5par Nolffer, il y a 3 moisIt works. Thanks for helping to remove annoying AI elements from my browser.
- Noté 4 sur 5par sheagoodbye7, il y a 4 moisInitially I tried a range of custom filters for uBlock that I had found on Reddit as well as creating a few of my own. At best, I could disable Rufus but could not remove the associated popup. Those custom filters may have worked in the past, but it's clear recent updates have rendered them mostly useless. And I was also not too keen on playing this potential game of whack-a-mole anyway.
Enter this extension. It works, offers a quick toggle, and seems trustworthy based on the asked-for permissions and description. Couldn't ask for anything more.
UPDATE- All Amazon pages load to a blank page now. With the extension off there are no issues.Réponse du développeur
mis en ligne : il y a 3 moisHi, sorry to hear you're having an issue. Can you try clearing your cache and if that doesn't work, reinstall the extension to ensure you're on the latest version. If you still have issues, please email me at b@birudo.dev and we'll figure it out. - Noté 5 sur 5par Jay, il y a 4 mois
- Noté 5 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 18484444 de Firefox, il y a 4 moisIt just works. Also I like the cute fox pictures disparaging rufus.
- Noté 5 sur 5par Mavi, il y a 4 moisAI "assistants" are the most irritating part of software today. I installed this and Amazon returned to normal. 5/5 stars, Thank you!
- Noté 5 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 19633332 de Firefox, il y a 5 moisIt removes Rufus and then blanks out the whole page. Looks like it will be good when it works as Rufus is annoying. I'm using a MacBook Air with Firefox. I do use containers with Firefox.
Did the steps and now working good. I do quite a few things to limit access to what Amazon can see, so not surprised there were some initial issues. Developer responded really fast! I'll update if anything changes, but this is an awesome idea for an extension as Amazon refuses to accept that not everyone wants Rufus continually popping up. Amazon even told me if I don't like it to use an extension to block it.Réponse du développeur
mis en ligne : il y a 5 moisPlease try clearing your cache and restarting your browser first. If that doesn't resolve it, email me at b@birudo.studio and I'll help you troubleshoot directly. The add-on works reliably for most users, though browser configurations and internet connections can occasionally affect performance.
Update: Glad it ended up working for you! This is still a new extension, so despite extensive testing on my setup, I've encountered a few folks who got the same "white page" issue. Been able to address all of these edge cases so far and will continue working through them as they come up. Also, hilarious that Amazon CS told you to use an extension to block Rufus 😂 - Noté 5 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 19744276 de Firefox, il y a 5 mois
