No way to exclude sites. It is affecting sites like Youtube always crashing Youtube and I have to say stop script. It should not be working for all sites like Youtube.

Developer fails to respond or fix either! Unsupported crap extension that is crashing sites like Youtube!

It doesn't work with ouo.io or ouo.press, as expected. It keep closing the adf.ly pages without opening the next one and crashes festyy.com (shorte.st) links. It does work with j.gs, sh.st and probably the several others shorte.st urls, tho (Not that I found samples of all of them). If you want an incomplete add-on that bugs some sites (Like ouo.io) and that don't give you the choice to enable only the few links working, go with this. If you want something more stable, there are better options.
