I have found alternate web extensions for my favorite addons.But I'm unable to find any other alternative for tab groups.Will this addon be available before firefox 57 launches?

You can install it, however: one of the most important functionality (showing / hiding tabs) is not implemented in Firefox >= 57 yet ... so: whether it's fully functional depends on firefox and is out of my hand. I don't think they will add this functionality for 57 ... perhaps 58.
