I am using Firefox on Android. When I open a private tab, the autoplay off feature doesn't work. It just doesn't seem to show the autoplay icon.

Addon is getting detected and youtube blocks playing video. Some updates needed seems as of now to avoid this.
Other than that its been working very well so far.

I dont think this is compatible with Blocktube, when the two were added on together I couldnt write comments or like/dislike comments but I beg you, please give us the options to block channels and videos. This is a amazing add on and I love it.

In 2025, this add-on is an absolute must-have. YouTube has made a series of frustrating and questionable changes in recent years, many of which have negatively impacted the user experience. This tool goes a long way in helping to restore some sanity and usability to the platform.

Whether it's undoing design choices that don’t benefit viewers, or reintroducing elements that users actually found helpful, this add-on feels like a breath of fresh air. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and works exactly as described. If you’re tired of fighting with a platform that seems to ignore its community’s feedback, this is well worth installing.

One small suggestion for a future update: please consider adding the ability to disable the "important" notifications and bring back chronological ones instead. Many of us just want to see updates in the order they happen, without the algorithm deciding what’s important on our behalf.

Overall, this add-on does an excellent job of putting some control back in the hands of users. Highly recommended!

Phenomenal - completely fixes the borked UI that YouTube has forced upon anyone using Firefox and not their precious Google Chrome. Goodbye 2-3 video wide home page on 32" monitor...

It's cool and all, but there's no way from what I can tell to disable the "take snapshot" button, it's already getting quite annoying trying to right click and copy video URL to then accidentally click take snapshot due to muscle memory and then having to open file explorer and delete the screenshot of the video that I didn't want. It would be very nice if this extension was updated to allow you to be able to toggle the snapshot button on and off, as I personally do not need it, and it just makes the context menu when right clicking more irritating. If it really needs to be there, at least move the button in the context menu to not be under the loop button so then I won't accidentally click it when trying to copy video URL.

I got it to change the stupid giant video thumbnail sizes, which it does. It's great that it also allows you to hide many of the page elements. The only negative is that YT detects the ad blocking, stops the video, and warns your account. It would be nice to also resize the shorts thumbnails.

Works straight out of the box, thanks so much! Now there just needs to be an option to make the size of the YT Shorts smaller!

Installed and set vids to max of 6 wide and worked immediately!! Will try other features and update. Also planning to support this Dev.
