Few recommendations:
• add an optional checkbox to insert a newline between title and url of each tab (for both Current Window and All Windows). This just makes reading more pleasant.

• try to have two quick access click buttons so users can set
1 button for Current window's title and URL of all tabs OR
1 button for All windows' title and URL of all tabs OR
1 button for any customized style.
This can be handy because users do not have to go through the context menu, and then select an item--- which requires 2 clicks, and efforts to navigate on the right menu items.
Try not to use keybindings because that may conflict with other programs. Or, if you will do that, please leave that as an optional checkbox.

• the "format" option is somewhat confusing for the first time user. It should be called something like Customized style or Customized format, and should be grouped into the 1-click button as an option.

• the format does not allow a user to insert a newline between title and url (if you do have this feature, please provide a side note something like the ${\n} or \n so that we can use this customized format:
${title}${url}\n

• a great add-on deserves a great icon.
