A solution to relapse old RightToClick addon. Works perfect.

Works as advertised, although the toolbar icon is nearly invisible with dark theme.

Just what I was looking for, disappointed that it does not appear to disable CSS.

Edit - has a compatibility issue with Quickjava Legacy addon - even when QuickJava is disabled. I uninstalled Quickjava and CSS Toggler works perfectly ! :D
