Does not allow you to download any video with the free version, not even mp3, not even at 144pp. Straight up just doesn't work

I paid for the capability of downloading high resolution videos. The first time it worked but after starting up my laptop a second time, I got the message that I have to be a PRO user to have that feature. In other words, the ADD ON does not recognize me as a PRO user. I deserve a refund.

Only work free with Very Low Quality Videos 240p and mp3 audio. If you need HD videos 720p or more you need to pay.

No longer supports free 720p video downloads. Even 480p would've been fine, but it's never supported that.

So it is a paid extension worded like they still offered free choices.
