par Henry, il y a 2 ansPlease for the love of god make it easier to disable cashback notifications for certain sites. I use outlook and everytime I go to log in it blocks the corner where my profile is with the cashback notification. Also, add the ability to disable the blinking on cashback sites. Its extremely distracting, and I have now moved the extension off the main bar on my browser. I really like Rakuten, but this extension needs some basic features so I'm not driven to rage deleting it.

mis en ligne : il y a 2 ansWe appreciate this feedback. If you click on the icon for the extension (the "R") and pull up the menu, you should see an option for "Settings". From there, you should see an option listed as "Turn off Cash Back activation reminders for these sites". The "these sites" part of that sentence is a clickable link that will open up a box where you can (line by line) add URLs to websites where you do not want our extension popping up. Once you save that list, you should not encounter the pop up appearing on those pages.

Contacted Rakuten and received the generic "we will reach out" response. Hard to believe there is something worse than their normal tracking. So not only is this add on extremely intrusive with pop ups it doesn't work.
Reply to developer response: How exactly will you "review this" other than to say we'll reach out to the merchant and if they didn't track it then it is the users fault? Fact is there are better cash back sites that actually have relationships with merchants rather than Rakuten's "oh well, it's your fault" response.Réponse du développeur

Then, you can download our Rakuten Browser Extension from our website, Rakuten.com, or through Firefox Browser Add-Ons page. I've literally lost hundreds of dollars since this app doesn't work. I've been promised money back, I click on what needs to be done, it's confirmed and NOTHING. It's a scam.

mis en ligne : il y a 9 moisIf you see you are making Shopping Trips and our extension is activating, then it may be some internet traffic filtering service or VPN is active or an issue with the merchant recognizing the order as eligible for Cash Back through us. This may be why your eligible orders aren't reporting.
