It's just a very old version of uBlock Origin with no added value whatsoever. There is no point to install this over the maintained uBlock Origin.

the only (to my mind) smart adblocker : by default, allows ads on site that dont abuse (the largest part) but allow to block thoses sites that abuse :-) . in a word fairblock is fair ;-)
