It's good to have such an addon to focus on video.When I clicked on the video It was maximized but didn't play the video.I tried many times but it gives some error and didn't play at all.Another thing is which noticed there I can't go back to my Youtube homepage. It was repeatedly redirect to the same page.Only thing I can do is close the tab.

The bug you reported has been fixed with a new update to the FocusTube add-on.
I will really appreciate it if you could give some feedback on this new update.
