HOW TO USE
1) Select text on any webpage.
2) Right-click > IA Helper > choose an action.
3) See the response in a popup or a new tab.
4) Or open the chat for free-form conversations.

REQUIREMENTS
- Configure a provider: Ollama locally or an API key (OpenAI/Anthropic/Groq/OpenRouter, etc.).
- For Ollama: install from ollama.ai and pull a model (e.g., llama3.2).
