I love this addon. Recently google change reverse image search with lens. This addon has an option internal page in contextual menu in 3 dots right side of name in Firefox Addons (about:addons)
Select google and update with this config:
Search URL:
https://lens.google.com/uploadbyurl
Search Variables (One per Line):
url=::$URL::
Finally click in Update Options button.
and now is fixed.

it was great but it just doesn't work anymore.

for google img search
just setting the url to "https://www.google.com/searchbyimage"
and insert a variable "sbisrc=1" (or2nd safe=off)
everything goes on :p

I found this for Google Lens

Just replace in settings:
http://www.google.com/searchbyimage to
https://lens.google.com/uploadbyurl and
image_url=::$URL:: to
url=::$URL::

No longer works on google, great otherwise and i hope they fix it
