This is a dream come true.

I am using the desktop application to create tutorials for my own desktop application. This is the coolest program I have used in years. It records the individual steps, highlights the keystrokes, proposes textual instructions which are fully editable, and them saves everything out to the web. And for this part, it's free. I will, however, be subscribing to some of the advanced features, such as automatic text to voice. So impressive!
