I successfully enter my username and password, but when I try to connect to different servers, the browser stops connecting to any sites.

Unfortunately after a week it regularly drops for no reason and will not reconnect again. I need a reliable VPN, perhaps it is ineffective due to my location of Japan. Will be asking for a refund tomorrow. Nice people but inconsistent product.
