v1.9.9 — Firefox notification fix

• Fixed: notifications were not delivered on Firefox — "silent" property is unsupported by Firefox's notifications API and caused the entire notification to fail
• Fixed: channels that triggered the error were re-detected as new streams on every check cycle

v1.9.8 — Notification improvements + Firefox compatibility fixes

• Fixed: channels with null startedAt were not triggering notifications — extension now queries Kick API for stream start time and notifies if started within 10 minutes
• Fixed: new streams were incorrectly skipped as "pre-existing" in UTC+3 and similar timezones (missing Z suffix in Kick API created_at field)
• Fixed: newly followed channels that had been live for 10+ minutes triggered false notifications
• Fixed: anomaly badges were visible in popup even when anomaly detection was disabled
• Fixed: notification buttons (Open/Mute) caused errors on Firefox due to unsupported parameters
