    * Use special `version_name` in manifest for beta builds
    * Add credit to creator next to version text :)

    * Fix rare case where anime page wouldn't be detected. Some pages wouldn't auto redirect from their native php page to the normal mal.net/anime/ID structure. Just look for cases where PHP page, such as mal.net/anime.php?id=ID, will be used and act accordingly. (Issue [#10](https://github.com/Aethese/MAL-Pal/issues/10))
