- Noté 3 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 16351663 de Firefox, il y a 6 heuresI'm running the latest version of FireFox. This has warned me about entering two or three potentially malicious sites, but I get multiple occurences daily of pages virtually freezing and a warning pop-up that the plugin is slowing FF down. I've therefore disabled it for now. When I next remember, I'll give it another try to see if the issue (if there is one) has been addressed.
Edit: VERY impressed by the speed of Malwarebytes' response! Have added a diary reminder to turn it back on in a week's time to see if the fix has been implemented. In the meantime, I'll try very hard not to visit sites I shouldn't. :-)Réponse du développeur
mis en ligne : il y a 6 heuresThank you for reporting, we have a fix for this pending for review by the Firefox team.
This should resolve the issue. - Noté 3 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 18201410 de Firefox, il y a 21 heuresThis extensions been good for quite some time now, but recently, due to the bug that's been slowing down my browser, it's starting to get unbearable, I upload content on YouTube and browse the internet, and constantly getting a popup from my browser that its being slown down for long periods of time every 5 - 10 minutes is pretty annoying.
Until this bug's fixed, I do not recommend this extension to anyone, despite how good its features are.Réponse du développeur

I am using Firefox, and lately I have been getting the error message that Malwarebytes Browser Guard is slowing down my browser and that I should consider removing it. Not good.

- Noté 2 sur 5par TheGuiltyJoker, il y a 4 joursI've been using this for a few months now, and I love that it blocks and alerts me to unsafe websites.
However, recently I've been getting alerts from FireFox telling me that this addon is slowing down the browser.
I have no idea why this is happening as I haven't changed anything, so I don't know if it's an update that has caused it, but it needs to be investigated otherwise it's likely people could disable the addon.Réponse du développeur
mis en ligne : il y a 4 joursThank you for reporting, we are currently working on a fix; this is indeed a bug in the addon. We will get this out as fast as we can. - Noté 2 sur 5par Gregg, il y a 5 joursThe July 9th update has broken browser guard. It freezes everything and simply does not provide any benefit. In fact, I am now paying for something that breaks functionality across my browsers. I have no other extensions installed, and everything was fine before the update.
So I am paying for a service that actually causes vulnerabilities... Pretty unethical. I'll give it a few days for a hotfix... But there are other options that actually work so... Please fix this... I hate paying for things that actually make me unsafe...Réponse du développeur

- Noté 2 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13888099 de Firefox, il y a un moisIt's handy sometimes, but lately it's been far more annoying than helpful. It does this thing to prevent clipboard hijacking where it gives a popup whenever I copy something, and then prepends "[SUSPICIOUS CONTENT]" to the start of the clipboard, and I do a lot of copy-pasting; so the only thing hijacking my clipboard is this extension.
I removed its clipboard permission to stop this, and now once or twice a day it will hijack my browsing session (usually in the middle of watching a video) to open a new tab and ask for permission back.Réponse du développeur
