I have just one thing which bothers me which is the open-folder-menu since it stays white. Is there a way to adjust this? If yes, this would be my absolute favourite theme!

There is no way to theme that part, but I do recommend using Ctrl + B to look at your bookmarks instead of the bookmarks toolbar.
