Minimap Scroller par Mathieu Pillard

- Noté 5 sur 5par Kevin M, il y a 8 moisThis is an excellent and frankly needed extension, something that would ideally be part of FireFox by default, given the era of ultrawide displays, websites that don't use them, and tiny scrollbars. I'm tired of trying to grab a little scrollbar to fly down a website to a reviews section or something similar, especially when Visual Studio Code's minimap scrollbar is so efficient and similar in its utility!
The only thing I can think to change with this extension would be to respect the light/dark theme choices of the browser. Being on a dark website and having a bright white minimap bar off to the right is a bit jarring.

- Noté 5 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 15212316 de Firefox, il y a 6 ansThis addon is pretty awesome. I was looking for something like this so I could get an overview of websites, similar to a code overview in VS Code or Sublime Text.

- Noté 5 sur 5par Xi, il y a 7 ansGreat addon, but seems does not work with lazy load (scroll down then show more content) sites, hope can improve it.

- Noté 5 sur 5par sangel, il y a 7 ansI discovered the minimap concept in sublimetext and wanted one in my browser. Very useful for long pages, and more practical than the classic scrollbar!
- Noté 5 sur 5par fitojb, il y a 7 ansThis is an awesome idea! After much using minimaps in e.g. Visual Studio Code, I’m glad that those little “developer-oriented” gadgets are finding their way to other general-purpose software. Vivan los add-ons!
- Noté 5 sur 5par aviva24, il y a 7 ansA useful addition for long web pages. It's great that he allows you to navigate (jump) on the web page.
Bugs:
1) Оn the forums: Minimap not always updated when opening/closing the spoilers.
2) On the livejornal: after closing the 'cut', very occasionally the browser some time not responding.
3) When you resize the sidebar, the selection of the location on the web page doesn't react to it immediately.
I would like:
1) Don't update Minimap when hover over the link/cut. Only after clicking.
2) Make a button on the toolbar for quick turn on/off the display Minimap.Réponse du développeur
mis en ligne : il y a 7 ansHi, Thanks for your review. I will look into those bugs and suggestions. Not sure about the rest yet but I think I can fix the resize issue and add the toolbar button easily.
Edit: the resize issue should be fixed now.
