Thks guy, this should be a default setting in Firefox, but they messed with this setting while removing the need for the search bar.

Almost perfect!! Just add the option to open the new tab in the background.

Open the URL in the current tab, with Alt-Enter

would make this add-on perfect.

Still a few problems (as mentioned already in the support page) but they are due to lack of support in Firefox Quantum.

Still, having this extension is a lot better than NOT having it.

Enfin je retrouve le comportement "normal" perdu avec FF57 : ouvrir un lien directement dans la barre de navigation sans perdre l'onglet ouvert à ce moment là.

Proprio un componente che cercavo. Rimpiango TabMixPlus! Con questo componente almeno ora mi apre una nuova pagina se digito qualocsa dalla barra di ricerca. E da quando l'ho installato anche se clicco su un segnalibro nella barra.mi si apre in nuova pagina.
