Even when I have a saved password, it doesn't autofill my details, nor give me the NordPass drop downs.
Also if I right click on the ID/ Password boxes, it only gives me the option to "manage passwords", but not "use saved password."
Sometimes, if I keep trying to log in, NordPass suddenly wakes up and says "Oh, you've got saved details for this site, would you like to log in?"
This is very frustrating, because there seems to be no reason for it.Réponse du développeur

Our team is available 24/7 at support.nordpass.com. - Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 12575218 de Firefox, il y a un moisIf the 'Allow NordPass to process user interaction data and error logs (optional)' permission is disabled, Nordpass will open a new 'Your privacy settings' tab where you have to click 'Accept' before letting you use the add-on. EVERY TIME THE BROWSER IS OPENED.
If the permission is enabled, the extension logs in by itself.
This behavior for a so-called 'optional' setting is ridiculous. This has been going on for weeks and if it doesn't stop I'm going to change password managers and then they will stop getting ANY of my data. It feels like I'm being shaken down by a service I'm paying for.Réponse du développeur

They are aware of the problem for a while now.
Edit: I have figured out the problem where you have to click Accept, every time the browser is opened. At least on my system.
Open the Nordpass Extension -> click accept and log in
Then go to settings and change the the Autolock Option from 'Never' to '5 Minutes' and then back to 'Never'
That did the trick for me on two different systems, because it somehow saved the settings again after doing that. Now the extensions stays unlocked, even when the browser or windows is restarted.Réponse du développeur

- Noté 2 sur 5par Zack, il y a un moisWell, under normal circumstances I would rate 4 or so stars. I really enjoy the ability to collect and manage passwords. I have so many accounts anymore its really nice. Nord pass works well enough, but occasionally needs prompting to recognize that I am signing in, and saving a password. Ordinarily anyway. This last update 08/2025 wrecked the extension and they have yet to fix the issue. Its almost 10/25 and I still have to continually "accept" a policy update. If i restart my PC, (I am on Linux, so restarts are inevitable) I have to sign back in... It is extremely frustrating. Ill be looking for a new password manager here soon if we don't get this fixed. For what you pay after renewing, its pretty pricey to have one update break, submit a ticket, support say thanks we know and will fix it whenever we get to it there's no ETA... This needs resolved soon.

My only complaint would be that rarely it doesn't recognize password inputs and those then need to be entered manually. This is actually less of an issue with this platform than with others that I have tried.

W zasadzie NordPass realizuje wszystko, co jest mi potrzebne tak z komputera, jak i telefonu, choć zdarzają się chwile, gdy nie do końca wiem, o co mu chodzi przy zapisywaniu haseł i potwierdzeniu logowania. Ale dzieje się tak coraz rzadziej. Mam natomiast problem z estetyką i widocznością. Bladobłękitny kolor ikony jest dla mnie słabo widoczny
