- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 12867718 de Firefox, il y a 9 ansI just bought a new windows 10 machine. I had a Vista machine. The vault was working great on Vista, but it just sits there and spins when I try to unlock the vault on my new Windows 10 machine.

Why all this time and why wasting our
time ??
You need to make Identity safe not free then let us know and anyone need to pay will pay but respect us. - Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 12846282 de Firefox, il y a 9 ansdoesn't keep up with Firefox updates - works fine & then next update it's useless. very poor option for passwords as you can't assume it'll always work. Latest Firefox update rendered it useless once again. Frustrating.
- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 12746730 de Firefox, il y a 9 ansWe've all been waiting on Norton to fix Identity Safe on Firefox, and I was excited to see that it was working right after the last update. BUT it only worked for about 10 minutes. Now it's back to not letting me log in for autofilling passwords in this browser. It still works on Internet Explorer and on my iPhone. Norton is more frustrating than it's worth lately.
- Noté 1 sur 5par Randy_Blanchard, il y a 9 ansAfter decades of using Norton products, I am now ready to look elsewhere. The problem isn't your browser, it's Norton! They are just not interested in producing quality software for individual users. Blaming Firefox or Chrome is just smoke and mirrors on the part of an unqualified Customer Service. Identity Safe is lousy shoddy software that fails under the least bit of internet stress. Just say good-bye and bite the bullet - don't give them your money any more.
- Noté 1 sur 5par kenteicher, il y a 9 ansThe add on for Mozilla was working - now it isn't. I have removed the add on, closed and reopened Mozilla, uploaded again and it still does not work.
- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 12834694 de Firefox, il y a 9 ansI agree, every time Firefox updates, NIS does not work. I have to go in and add it to the add ons.
This time it still doesn't work.
Can't you and Norton get together before releasing a new update and get it right with Norton?
Rating is for Firefox - Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 12832900 de Firefox, il y a 9 ansFirefox releases updates that are not compatible with Identity Safe on a frequent basis. I depend on Identity Safe to manage my logins, and it has proven to be reliable for many years. Firefox, on the other hand isn't, so now I use Chrome. The rating is for Firefox, not Identity Safe.
- Noté 2 sur 5par Strnj1, il y a 9 ansif the passwords will still be there when it starts working again.
I want, desperately to find another password manager that I can trust... - Noté 1 sur 5par Petert44, il y a 9 ansI just installed Firefox on my ThinkPad running Windows 10 and up until the time I tried to get Norton's tool bars installed I was very pleased with FF and considered uninstalling IE 11. Unfortunately, the add-on for ID safe appears not to be able to support a local vault for the passwords. I don't know if this is a Norton problem or FF. There is no way I going to place my passwords online. Does anyone know of a workaround?
- Noté 3 sur 5par Rudy81, il y a 9 ansI am glad to see NIS is functional gain in Firefox. I had left the browser due to the problems with NIS. However, the current version seems to thing search boxes require some sort of input from NIS. In one case, it sticks my user name for a site in the search box and places the password in the correct box. So, still needs some work....please keep making it better.
- Noté 2 sur 5par Iconoclast, il y a 9 ansClick on the icon for the identity safe in the upper right corner, then click logout of your Norton account. Then go back to the icon and click it again, and click login to Norton account. Once you log in to your Norton account it will prompt you to log into your vault and it will work. You have to be logged into your Norton account and the vault and I think once it expires, it is too stupid to inform you and it stays logged in and prevents access to the vault.
This is obviously a huge problem and a major oversight on Norton's part. Big surprise there, they don't seem to care about Firefox users. After waiting a year for the identity safe to return, this is a major disappointment. Good thing I still use LastPass. Norton has completely lost my trust. - Noté 4 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 12272696 de Firefox, il y a 9 ansWow finally, it started working. I had firefox updated to Firefox 50 and it started work on my Windows as well as CentOS (Linux) Operating System. Though on my Linux, the app page shows not compatible(though it is) and doesn't seem to update to versio 1.2.47.5 from 1.0.220 (One star removerd from that)
- Noté 1 sur 5par Al, il y a 9 ansIt seemed like I waited a year for Norton Identity Vault to work with Firefox again. When it was added about a month ago it had limited functionality but it worked. Starting November 27, 2016, it now crashes when I try to enter my vault pin! The Error Message: "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again."

mis en ligne : il y a 9 ansWe are sorry you are experiencing this error. We have identified a top source of this type of error and intend to release it in a future update. Please try signing fully out of your Norton Account and signing back in when this error occurs. - Noté 2 sur 5par Ann620, il y a 9 ansThis worked great the first few weeks when using Firefox, however now when I go to logon, the logon screen is blank. Very disappointing! It works fine on Google.
- Noté 3 sur 5par Duane, il y a 9 ansI'm using the latest version (1.2.47.5) on FireFox 50 and it seems to work, but it's very annoying to have to login again for every new web site I visit. It seems to mostly defeat the purpose. However, it works as expected in IE 11 with no additional logins required after the first time.
Wenn das behoben ist, dann volle Punktzahl - Noté 3 sur 5par Gregor Scripe, il y a 9 ansThe addon is very demanding and does not work with AdBlock :(
Absolut unbrauchbarer Schrott.
Ein Armutszeugnis für Norton. - Noté 3 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 12605390 de Firefox, il y a 9 ansTrouble logging causes for me AdBlock Plus add-on. After his off (ABP) Norton Identity Safe works.
- Noté 1 sur 5par Alex_S, il y a 9 ansLike all programs from Norton it works badly. There are other cloud services better.
