- Noté 5 sur 5par Julien Sabotage, il y a un anA perfect solution to catch yourself when your habits or auto-pilot kicks in. Doesn't outright block it, so if there is a relevant link to a reddit thread or similar it just adds a little loading time. But for the habitual visits to social media sites it's brilliant, and more often than I realize I just wrote the address to the site on autopilot but had no real interest in visiting it.

I put the time at 20 seconds, and it is just enough that it makes me change my mind about going to sites, unless I have an actual thing I want to do there. - Noté 5 sur 5par Darken, il y a un an

- Noté 5 sur 5par ProfessorT, il y a un anThe one sec browser extension and the one sec iPhone app are looking to be a game changer for me by distracting me out of my distractions. So far, so good.

- Noté 5 sur 5par Alex, il y a 2 ansThe app has been very helpful on my phone in stopping me from mindlessly scrolling through social media. Very glad it's also an extension!
I don't need to block things 100%, I just need to train myself out of the reflex of opening a new tab, typing 're' + enter, and then losing 15 minutes on reddit before I realize what I'm doing. This extension (and the app) do that beautifully. - Noté 5 sur 5par dtrnr, il y a 2 ans

- Noté 5 sur 5par Ricky, il y a 2 ansBetter than all blockers I have ever used in my life, this one is just superior. It's simple to use and they absolutely know that social media is an addiction and that some people doesn't have enough self control to just don't open the sites/apps. Great extension 10/10!!
