My preferred setting of Moderate keeps reverting to Dormant, and occasionally to Aggressive. Or is it meant to behave like that? I'm confused.

Response to developer: No to the 1st question. Changes were random, sometimes it was changed when I opened my browser, and sometimes it didn't change until after I had looked at 3 or 4 different sites. It changed to Aggressive when I was on the page to write the above review!

It's not supposed to work like this!

Could you provide me with more information please? Do you use any sandbox or other isolate-JavaScript apps? Is it changing after every page reload or after you close your browser?

I would be extremely grateful if you answered these questions, this way, I could fix it and no more users are going to experience this behavior! Thank you!

In the meantime I suggest you try to reinstall the extension.

annoying - it opens a popup after installation without the user clicking on anything and without the user requesting to view any page.

This extension alone is the majority of the reason I can still enjoy using the internet, being able to exist online without ever seeing aggressive popups or advertisements is indescribably nice, especially as someone who isn't a huge fan of large corporations anyways, I've been using it for a long time now without any major issues that weren't caused by user error, I cant recommend it highly enough.

Well, I guess it works for Firefox mobile, while not showing it works for mobile. It removes makerworld's very aggressive download our app pop up. While it does still show up for a second it's better than clicking cancel every time. Though, it looked like one time it failed.

It works very nice to clean up websites that otherwise would be a real pain with all popups and bloated things. So it really works perfectly.

I'm very pleased! I was trying to read an article that repeatedly blocked my reading with the same popup (about ten times). I did a search for a pop-up blocker and installed this one. I went back to the webpage and the pop-up came back. I then switched to "strict" and bingo, problem solved! THANK YOU!

blokkeert hele websites en haalt de gehele vormgeving onderuit. je moet iets bedenken dat de cookie meldingen blokkeert en de cookies.

I'm sorry you have troubles with PopUpOFF. Please make sure that you use Dormant or Moderate mode which are created to not break websites.

Generally works well, however it would be nice if it had a setting to turn it off for certain websites (Walmart e.g.). Even on 'delicate' it interferes with important pop ups for shopping.

"turn off" does that, try it. It will remember website and will be turned off there

works fine, but slows down a lot of websites A LOT even really basic stuff like Wikipedia. not sure what is goin wrong with it

that's unusual. Probably conflicting with other tools/extensions you use. Would appreciate if you left a report on the website (popupoff.org) listing other extensions you use
